BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Tina Shaiye

Tina Shaiye

Tina is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Westfield Energy Resources Limited.

She is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of extensive and proven knowledge in audit and assurance, accounting, financial control, financial advisory and corporate governance.

She holds a B.Sc. degree in Zoology from the Delta State University, Abraka. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN). She is currently running an executive MBA program at Business School Netherlands (BSN).


Tina began her career in 2008 with KPMG Professional Services where she worked extensively in the Audit & Assurance Division. She led various teams and rose to the position of Senior Associate providing advisory, accounting, audit and quality assurance services to various clients within the Financial Services Industry. In 2014, Tina joined the ARM Group as the Head, Financial Reporting and doubled as the Financial Controller for ARM Investment Managers Ltd, a subsidiary within the Group. She later served as the Head of Accounts at AB Microfinance Bank, Nigeria, a foreign owned microfinance bank, overseeing the finance function and driving strategic growth within the organization.

Prior to joining Westfield, Tina worked as a Manager in the Financial Advisory Unit at Deloitte & Touche.

Dapo Afikode

Dapo Afikode

Dapo is a KPMG-trained accountant and auditor with wide cumulative experience in IFRS-compliant financial reporting, financial analysis, auditing and audit process management, internal control and finance process transformation.


He is currently the Director of Accounting Risk Management and Advisory of a Canadian-based mortgage company with responsibility covering financial reporting, financial operations and accounting policy advisory. He was the Group Financial Controller of FBN Holdings Plc (FBNH), a position he held between April 2018 to December 2022. Prior to joining FBNH, he was the Head of Management Reporting at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.


Dapo is a graduate of McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, Austin. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, both from the University of Lagos. He has also attended several Senior Management Development programmes in leading institutions including INSEAD and Lagos Business School. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Kehinde A. Koshoedo

Kehinde A. Koshoedo

Kehinde brings over 15 years of expertise in finance and risk management to our educational mission, currently serving as a senior management member of a leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) in Nigeria.


With a solid background in Enterprise Risk Management, Asset and Liability Management, and Quantitative Analysis, Kehinde has navigated diverse sectors including Banking, Insurance, Investment Management, Project Finance, and Fintech. Passionate about democratizing education, Kehinde applies financial acumen to foster opportunities for underprivileged young Africans.


His commitment to societal growth extends beyond professional achievements, embodying his dedication to using financial expertise as a tool for social empowerment, ensuring children have access to quality education.

Loveth Ovedge

Loveth Ovedge

Loveth is the Legal and Administrative Executive for PCI. She is a certified mediator and a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). An experienced Legal Counsel with a demonstrated history working on international transactions, a skilled legal researcher who is quite knowledgeable in providing legal advisory services in diverse areas including company formations and restructuring, corporate governance, corporate administration, regulatory compliance, renewable energy law, labor, and employment, 


Loveth has an exceptional eye for detail which has been reflected in her job delivery. She has received several awards for her intellectual acumen. Her key areas of practice and research include Corporate / Commercial Practice, Company Secretarial, Energy & Natural Resources, Policy and Institutional Development for Economic Growth, Project Finance, and Environmental Law. 


She is also enthusiastic about structuring corporate social responsibility activities for corporate entities, and managing stakeholder relationships, policy drafting and effectively utilizing partnerships for economic growth. She also enjoys working with startups from the ideation stage through registration until management and administration.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and volunteering with non-governmental organizations.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

Ifeanyichukwu Opara

Ifeanyichukwu Opara

Ifeanyichukwu Opara is a brand and communications professional with over 13 years of experience across advertising, real estate, technology, and oil and gas. He specialises in corporate brand strategy, art direction, and user experience design, bringing a rare combination of creative precision and strategic thinking to every engagement. Currently serving as Head of Brand and Corporate Communications at Westfield Energy Resources Limited, he has built and sustained the company's brand identity from the ground up, shaping how a major energy player is perceived across its key markets in Nigeria.


Over the course of his career, Ifeanyichukwu has led brand identity development for a luxury real estate developer at Sujimoto Construction, where his work spanned premium property brochures, development proposals, and client-facing marketing materials that upheld the standards of a high-end brand. At Agile Communications Limited, he served as Art Director on multiple advertising campaigns, driving the full creative process from consumer insight and concept development through to execution and client approval across TVCs, print, and digital. At Westfield Energy, he has overseen the company's entire corporate communications output, establishing brand governance frameworks and ensuring consistency across all stakeholder touchpoints for nearly five years.


A collaborative and purpose-driven leader, Ifeanyichukwu leads with clarity and creative conviction, enabling teams and organisations to present their best face to the world. He is seeking senior brand, communications, or creative leadership roles where he can shape brand narratives at scale, drive cross-functional alignment, and build communications functions that are both visually compelling and strategically sound. Beyond his corporate work, he volunteers as Brand and Corporate Communications Lead for Professionals for Charity Initiative (PCI), a Lagos-based non-profit supporting students in public schools, where he applies the same professional rigour to a mission he believes in deeply.
